Lolo Tinong’s Franchise Corporation was organized to provide support to the franchisees in franchise development operations, marketing, construction, human resource development and accounting.

List of Requirements

    1. Letter of Intent
    2. Location Map, indicating the proposed site street address and landmarks in the area to include neighboring stores and competitors.
    3. Franchise Application Form, filled out and properly accomplished.
    4. Photocopy of Community Tax Certificate of the current year.
    5. Market Study Form properly accomplished and filled out.
    6. Payment of initial fee of Php20,000.00 . This amount is not refundable but will form part of the franchise fee.
    7. Physical Examination
    8. Psychological and Suitability Tests.
    9. Contract of Lease for at least 5 years.
    10. Panel Interview
    11. Payment of full franchise fee and deposit.
    12. Latest photo, 2” X 2”, 2 copies.

THE FRANCHISE IS FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS AND RENEWABLE FOR ANOTHER FIVE (5) YEARS.

Steps for Franchise Application

  1. An application is considered submitted and for processing when requirements 1, 2, 3 and 4 are complied with. 
  2. Only one (1) applicant is allowed.  In cases of multiple applications in one area, it will be on a first come, first served basis.
  3. Franchise applicant will secure a Market Study Form from the office.  The franchise applicant has 21 days to submit it from the time of receipt.  The application will be considered withdrawn if it is not submitted within the stipulated period.
  4. The initial fee of Php 20,000.00 is paid to the company upon submission of the Market Study Form.  Processing will not commence if initial fee payment has not been received.  The application will be considered withdrawn if no payment after 10 days of receipt of the Market Study Form.
  1. Fully accomplished Market Study Form will be submitted to the Franchise Director for verification.  The decision on the proposed site of the applicant is within 15 working days from receipt.
  2. The applicant will submit a Physical Examination by an accredited laboratory and physician by the company.
  3. The applicant will take the Psychological and Suitability Tests.  To be complied within 15 days otherwise application and initial fee will be forfeited.
  4. Contract of Lease on the approved site shall be submitted within 30 days from its approval.  
  5. A Panel Interview will be scheduled and final approval of the Franchise Application will be made by the Panel.
  6.   Signing of the Franchise Agreement and full payment to the Franchise fee, Security Deposit and Franchise Deposit.

Important Information

  1. The interested applicant is required to recommend a site for the bakery.
  2. The recommended space requirement is at least 50 square meters.  It is recommended that the site is near foot traffic generators like public market, school, church, port area, etc.
  3. Initial investment is from Php600, 000.00 to Php1.5 million.  This already includes the Php200, 000.00 franchise fee, cost of renovation or construction, initial ingredients, equipments, signage and others.
  4. Return of investment depends on the sales of the bakery or maybe at an average of 2 to 3 years.
  1. We will provide you a full management training program to help you in operating a bakery.
  2. The franchisee shall hire the needed number of employees.  We provide a bakery opening package consisting the all necessary things needed for a smooth and successful opening.  A checklist of this items will be given after the signing of Franchise Agreement.
  3. Our commissary and main bakery will supply all the ingredients and premixes as well as the bakery equipments and other products sold in the bakery.
